I’ve been listening to single moms a long time, and what I hear is we need our kids to DO what we ask. Not when they feel like it, but when we ask. Now, I have no new magic trick, but I have a few stories of my own and tips to share. I’ve been there and mine take me there every now and again. So cheer up, listen to the audio, and download and print the checklist that will lead to a new set of kiddos and order in your house! (It is okay to shout Yippee! I did.)

Why I wrote this post

It’s simple. To help you. So, the backstory is- As I was waiting on my son to finish working a 5k as a volunteer, I thought of how I could add value to my single mom sisters who hate to discipline, can’t stand it, and cringe at the site of it. You know, the ones whose kids just might get over on them in the grocery store, in front of strangers, and at home. Or, like me, get tired from running the world and fall off a bit and need organization. (It’s okay if that’s you. I have you covered). I have teen boys and these tips were recorded with tweens and teens in mind.

Why you need to use this checklist

Because I feel your pain and have experienced  it from time to time, I created this audio and printable  to help you get the teens in your life under control and helping you run your castle. I’m not perfect, but I’m pretty good at discipline. (Ask my boys, and read my bizness also known as my blog posts. 🙂 Mama, don’t play. Trust me! I don’t like to discipline either. But, I also know discipline is a must to encourage my boys to be the best they can be. I also know that is what you want for your kiddos, too. And for them to be great, they need to learn to serve and to take care of home first. Teaching them to help out at home, helps you and them.  So, sweet sister, none of us have it all together. This was made to help you on the journey. Enjoy!

Actionable Steps

Follow the steps given to get order. When you and/or your kids fall off (cause it happens), institute your pre-decided discipline. Now, enjoy peace in your house!

Discipline Checklist for Mom

After you’ve implemented some changes, let me know how it went. What else did you add? Be sure to share. It takes a village. Be blessed and encouraged

P.S.
I struggle, fuss, and whine to God, too. Then, I move on and parent. Go on with your awesome self! You got this! Those crumbsnatchers won’t see the new you coming! Let’s just say there’s a new She-riff in town! And she knows how to!

Do It Anyway!
